These adjacent two farms lie within the Msunduzi Valley in Northern Zululand and falls under the Mkuze Valley Lowveld vegetation type, varying from open Savanna thornveld, bushveld to riverine woodland.
This area offers the mystique of the Zulu Kingdom with its rich history and wealth of culture as well as ideal opportunities for serious developers of eco-tourism ventures or game farm initiatives.
It is situated just of the N2 and is located between Phinda, Thanda and Manyoni Game Reserves. The combined area of the farms is 360ha and is registered under two title deeds.
There are a limited amount of cattle on the properties at the moment however the owner has given wildlife an opportunity to flourish over the last few years.
There are no building improvements on the properties but one constructed dam has been in use over the last few years and has been adequate for cattle and wildlife use. One borehole is also available should the need arise. Both properties are fenced in its entirety with cattle fencing however approximately three quarter of the total area is fenced with game fencing.
